379 Central Street is conveniently located. Not only is this an easy commute into Boston (we are close to all major highways and the commuter rail), but we also take advantage of the restaurants in Newburyport and Ipswich, the incredible bike riding through the salt marshes and scenic country roads, the sledding hills, the golf courses, the beaches and the close proximity to the supermarket. One of our most favorite activities is boating. The Rowley River is right down the street and we often take evening boat rides through the Great Salt Marsh into Plum Island Sound to do some fishing and watch the sun set.

379 Central Street is private and peaceful. We use our deck all the time to grill or read the newspaper. When I was doing my graduate work, the deck was my favorite reading spot. Every once in a while deer come around to check us out. It is an especially beautiful spot when it snows. The views from inside the house are incredible and the yard is a great place to make snow forts, practice cross country skiing or have a snow ball fight. This is truly a winter wonderland.

379 Central Street is a great place to entertain guests. There is plenty of space so that no one is on top of each other. When we have overnight guests they always comment on the views. Now that we have the addition, the kids love to go upstairs to dance and run around. The yard is perfect for our son and his friends to play football, soccer, baseball, lacrosse― anything with a ball.
