Why We Love Our Home!
19 Balch Street has been a wonderful first home for our family. We have so many great memories of our time spent in this house with friends, family and our children. We moved in as bright eyed newlyweds and spent every free moment making this house our home. Since then, we have celebrated 7 years of holidays, the births of our two wonderful children, and many fun times.
We love the kitchen with it's open concept and lots of cabinet space; It always seems to be the gathering spot at every celebration. We also love the totally remodeled bathroom with it's relaxing spa tub.
Another benefit to 19 Balch St is the convenience of the location. It is in walking distance to the park, school, Cummings Center, grocery stores, downtown Beverly, and the train station.
We also have wonderful neighbors behind us. Our fenced in yard has been a perfect place for our children to play and for us to entertain. The raised flower garden is beautiful in full bloom and provides a peaceful place to relax.
